We've changed the playlist to something worth listening to.
Each sauna session centers around a guided theme – it could be a clip from our latest Man in the Shirt episode, a breathwork session, or something entirely different that makes the heat more meaningful.

At BARONS Social Workouts, Idan Zach, personal trainer, sets the stage. We engage in an hour of functional training focusing on correct technique and variety.
You don't need to be in top shape. You don't need to have tried it before. Bring your friend or colleague - and leave sharper than you came.
How it works
We've made it embarrassingly easy and removed any possible excuse.
- Choose your session: Workout or sauna.
- Book your spot: Workout is free. Sauna costs 100,- (*when you show up, the fee is returned as credits)
- Show up: 1 hour. Leave sharper than you came.
