Terms and Conditions for BARONS Club
The following terms and conditions are effective from January 29, 2026.
Membership terms apply to your membership of BARONS Club. By signing up, you accept these terms, including receiving marketing and processing of your personal data.
1. General about BARONS Club

It is free and non-binding to be a member of BARONS Club. Membership is personal and cannot be transferred to others. To become a member, you must be at least 18 years old.
2. Membership benefits and BARONS Credits
As a member of BARONS Club, you gain access to a range of exclusive benefits, including:
- Earning Credits: As a member of BARONS Club, your purchases are rewarded with Credits, whether you shop online or in our stores*
- Free Shipping: As a member, you always get free delivery on your orders.
- Pre-access: You get early access to new product launches, Limited Editions, and collaborations.
- Events: Invitations to exclusive events at BARONS or with partners.

3. Earning and using Credits
Credits function as an internal currency at BARONS, where 1 Credit equals 1 DKK.
- Earning rates: * Buy 2 items: Earn 5% of the amount in Credits.
- Buy 3 items: Earn 10% of the amount in Credits.
- Buy 4+ items: Earn 15% of the amount in Credits.
- Using Credits: As a member, you use your Credits directly at checkout, as long as you are logged in. Your Credits are personal and can be used on our entire range, except for special campaigns like Black Friday and Archive.
- Expiration: Your Credits generally do not expire as long as BARONS Club exists.
- Limitations: Credits cannot be paid out in cash, transferred to other profiles, or used to purchase gift cards. They generally cannot be combined with other discount codes. They also cannot be combined with campaigns like Black Friday and Archive.
4. Communication and Marketing
By joining BARONS Club, you consent to BARONS sending you marketing via email and SMS. This includes:
- Information about your Credits balance.
- News about collections and products.
- Personal recommendations and offers based on your previous purchases.
- Service messages regarding your membership.
You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time via the link at the bottom of our emails without leaving the club.
5. Processing of personal data
We process your personal data to manage your membership and provide you with the best benefits. This includes name, email, purchase history, and interaction with our newsletters.

6. Termination of membership
You can leave BARONS Club at any time. This is done by contacting customer service at hello@baronsofficial.com. Note: Upon leaving, all your earned Credits will immediately expire and cannot be reactivated or paid out.
7. Changes to terms
BARONS reserves the right to change the terms for BARONS Club or to close the program with 30 days' notice. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
